Urbanity

Combining skateboarding and architecture is something I love doing. Every spot can be approached in different ways, and part of the process is deciding how to use what’s already there. When we arrived at this spot, we spent time thinking about how to shoot the scene and how the environment could help, I noticed a fence on the other side and thought it would be interesting to use it together with the architecture to frame the athlete.

My name is Erik Ulvdell, a passionate photographer from Sweden. My photography journey started with action sports, mostly skiing and skateboarding. And still, that's what I love shooting the most.
