The underside of a Pipeline barrel at the moment it collapses. What looks like storm clouds is actually the underside of a barrel as it detonates over the reef. Light fractures through the chaos, carving texture into the water as the entire wave compresses into a single violent second. From below, it feels less like a surf break and more like a collapsing structure made of water.
