Shoulder Vision

This image was photographed during a winter season on the North Shore of Oahu. I distinctly remember capturing this image and being excited to see how it turned out once the film was developed. This day at pipe was just about as beautiful as can be. Off shore wind and solid double to triple overhead. When this particular surfer was paddling by they stopped, sat up on their board and glanced over as a perfect barrel emerged right infront of their eyes. I lifted the trusty 80mm and snapped it
