Raw Elements

Heavy rain transformed Le Mans Classic into a battle for survival. Shooting from the crowd, I used an aggressive pan to capture this visceral atmosphere. The slow shutter turns the downpour into horizontal streaks of velocity, locking onto the ESSO livery. This image represents the raw essence of speed: a fragile balance where vintage engineering fights against slick asphalt and the elements. It freezes the bravery required to push limits when grip is non-existent.
