Strength in silence, faith in the dust, and a loyal horse always near . He prayed like cowboys do — without words, without fear , his heart wide open. When he rose, the horse stepped forward and nudged his shoulder . He smiled, patted its neck, and climbed back in the saddle. Whatever waited out there, they’d face it together . Just like they always had.
