Iron Bed

Santi has embarked on a long journey on the Iron Train of Mauritania. One of the longest and heaviest trains in the world, transporting iron ore 700km across the Sahara. It’s a vital but brutal transport link where locals used to travel on top of the cargo, to get from the inland to the coast or vice versa. On this photo we can see Santi trying to take a nap, looks like he found a "comfy" spot right under the wagon wall so the wind and dust doesn't hit him as much.

Kessel Run

This photo was taken at the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona, one of the crown jewel races in sportscar racing. It was captured from about a kilometer away while standing in the spotter's stand at about 3am. I love this photo because the 1/6s shutter really shows the speed these drivers carry around the banking at Daytona. While the cars stay still in the image, the infield and outfield lights become lines reminiscent of the Star Wars hyperspace scenes, hence the name "Kessel Run".

Night Lights in Japan

I traveled to Japan to photograph a skateboarding competition and I always saw photos about this place in Japan. A lot couples go there to photograph engagement photos but I didn't know was a Soho House. I invited my friend Gabriel Ribeiro to come with me because he has a Mad pop and when we got there this guy asked if we were staying there and we said yes and he opened. We have few minutes to do this because was a hole and we started to make noise and we got a kicked out. But we got the photo.
