Flying Through The Frame

I wanted to capture a fresh take on this well documented spot. This photo involved me burying myself in a thick wooded area and being super patient and steady handed, whilst trying to line up the talent of Seb airing through a small gap in the bush. It must have taken a good hour or so but I am stoked when all the stars aligned and we got this shot.

I'm a late comer to photography, first picking up a camera in my 30s after a snowboarding accident. What started as a way to stay involved in the community morphed into an all-consuming passion, which I love to this day.
