Between the Crowd

Biarritz. A skateboarder airborne for a split second above the railing. No setup, no staging. Just bodies gathered, watching, filming, waiting. The trick is almost secondary. What matters is the pause that brief moment where everyone looks up and time slows before everything drops back into noise.

I’m Clément Signoles, a French visual artist working with photography. I don’t photograph places. I photograph states, fleeting moments where light, bodies, and landscapes come into balance, then slip away.
