Out of the cage

Hidden in the mountains of Chiba lies one of the most unique automotive track in the world: The Magarigawa Club. At the center of the image is the first, out of 77 produced, Porsche 911 GT3 R Rennsport. The most radical Porsche 911 ever built. The photograph is composed to capture both the performance spirit of the car and the scenery of the circuit. The security barrier act as a graphical elements that shape the scene towards the cars. Shot on medium format film, in December 2025.
